I came home around an hour ago.


Went to watch the Super Classics at Safra Tamp with Siyuan who accompanied me.


Saw She Na in action and just want to wish her good luck for the rest of the games!


Had dinner with my IMD pals before that... heheee...

Seriously a hilarious bunch...


And I found out that Sharon called me a meat ball!!!


Ok, I better go and get my p2 done...

An analogy of Friends

Friends are like cameras.

They are there with you to capture the happiness and unforgettable times in life. Without them, there will be nothing to capture.

They have aperture, brighten each and everyday of your life, just like the ones fitted in cameras. However, too much opening of the aperture may sometimes be not good to the friendship, picture. It may turn out to be “over exposed”; there is always a line to everything. Howsoever, open your aperture to your friends appropriately, this is because, “under exposed” does not comes out a good photo.

Add flash to friends at times if their surrounding is too dark, let them know that there is always light.

Some friends come and go at fast speeds. Just like the shutter speed in cameras. However, some that sped past you still give you a real nice picture.

As a friend, be sensitive to the feelings of your friend. Just like the sensitivity of the camera. Use different ISO if possible. Zoom in into your friends if necessary; at times zoom out to give your friends more space to composite.

Stay focus at the correct priority; do not de-focus, be macro at times if needed.

If your friend needs a listening ear, transform yourself into a video camera. You do not need to talk, just record and save what he/she says.

With good exposure, contrast, saturation, sharpness and composition, then the output of the picture will be great, just like a good friendship.

It's back to school after a week's holiday.


Not as if I had one.


A lot of things going on this week.


A presentation on Soft Finishes later in the day, a major project assesment tomorrow.


Sigh.


Very tired actually.


I came home around half 12 yesterday.


Went shooting again with Jinghui at the Esplanade.


I got some nice shots, though a tad touristy.


We finished around 11pm and she left first.


I was left wandering the streets of town, waiting for my friend to pick me up.


When he finally did, I got a shock.


There were like 3 other people in the car, and I didn't know them.


haha...


He asked how was shooting.


I only managed an 'it was ok' answer.


And he was like, ''Okay? That's all??''


I mean, don't mean to sound rude but yea, I didn't know what to say cause there was so many people!


Only after when 2 of them left did I talk to one of his friends.


Didn't want to show that I was like unfriendly or anything.


He's friend was quite nice.


And I found out that we had mutual friends! hahaa...


Anyway, just wanna say Happy Birthday to him.


Song Lee, I think that's his name if I'm not wrong.


Argh, on to my material studies presentation...


*yawn* Boring subject, why can't the lecturer just teach?


I haven't been learning anything after he asked the class to teach certain topics.

This proves once again, I'm an idiot.

Yesterday was cool...


Went to Baybeats with Jinghui, Dawn, Joyce, Jeremy, Royston and Aaron.


Electrico and Copeland was cool.


Music was pretty great.


It has some what changed my perspective on local music.


Pretty good, considering they're local (electrico).


haha, went up to the roof garden after that...

A day of shoots.


Went with Jinghui to City Hall after school...


There's school though its the holidays.


Took all these there.


Don't know if its nice or not.


Oh well.


Have been worried for most part of the day.


And it's just over one message.


Or the lack of it.


Kudos to Jinghui and Adrian who are trying to get me to stop thinking about.

Somehow or another, it refuses to come out.


I pray everything will be fine tomorrow.

I'm starting to feel like an IMD student.


Not that its a bad thing or something.


Something feels weird today but I shall not divulge on it further.

But you know you're going too far when you have vanilla coke, grilled fish, calamari and strawberry cheesecake ice cream when with friends.

In the end, woke up late and ended up in school at 11.


Sigh, I think XinYi's going to murder me.


Then onto another project meeting at 12 which was very short.


Hung out with Weishan again and watched Siyuan's group film their ice scene.


Boon suddenly wanted the car, so went back with him to get the car key and he drove back to school.


After that went around the vicinity of school with Shan to film.


Didn't realise that Xin Yi's class was supposed to end at 3 and then have another meeting.


This is why I think she's going to murder me.


Late then din turn up. Sorry...


Went back to school and slacked in the AVID room.


Slacked until Boon finished school so that I could get a ride home with Shan who was coming over for a bit.


Imagine if the car wasn't around, 2 of us with a fake 3 tier wedding cake, a Handycam and a tripod. On the SBS bus...


So technically it was a good thing that Boon took the car. Cheers mate! Can I get a ride to trainings as well? hahaa.... Sorry... ooops... Just kidding...


Went to TM again to try and look for the birthday bears, but all the dates I wanted ran out.


Slacked again and walked around.


Came home and then had to get Siyuan cos he went missing.


He just left my place actually...


And he bought..... Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream! The one I've been wanting to eat!


Had to help with another prop so yea...


I like helping people, I don't mind the work.


Doubt I'll be clubbing with Shan and Adrian tomorrow...


No ride home so yea... Taxi fare's a bomb you know...

1st day of the holidays...


A day to remember.


Mum finally loaned her car to my friend.


hahaaa...


Woke up this morning and completed the cake for Siyuan's p2.


Boon came over after that to get the car.


And I had a lift to school. *woo hoooo*


On my way, Jason gave me a call, asking if I was at home.


He needed some books for his group's filming.


Boon was kind enough to u-turn so I could get it.


Finally, managed to get to school.


Called Jason asking if he could meet me to help me carry the props.


Imagine I, one person, carrying a bag of textbooks and a fake 3 tier wedding cake.


In the end, Siyuan, Adrian and Jason met me.


Hung around Siyuan's group before disturbing Jason's.


Watched them film and then ''chop'' their shots.


The shoots were nice, stop frames and then the hamster one.


It was so fat, most of us thought it wasn't going to be able to run.


ahahaaa...


Almost fell asleep in the Post Production room.


Wasn't very tired but yea.


Things wrapped up and they left and I was to meet Weishan and Siyuan later.


Had to get the car keys from Boon then.


He picked me up then proceeded on to pump petrol.


And later, my mum said next time no need.


Cool!

Met Shan and Siyuan after the car was home.


Walked around TM and we spotted this bear thingy with birth dates...

Got 1 for a friend and I'm planning to get another 3.


But first I need one their birth dates...

It's confirmed, a D+ for my first component.


Oh well, at least it's not an F.


Digital Essentials was as usual, sleepy session.


But playing with mask was fun on Photoshop.


Onto the library with mybest mate for projct research.


Hence the books on top.


Thought the layout of the books was nice so I snapped.


Not sharp though.
