I want a new toy. Or rather new toys. I want an oven (Miele would do fine, haha.) and a chocolate tempering machine...

I am absolutely bored out of my wits. Been browsing certain foreign culinary schools, but have a feeling that I won't be able to get in due to having no funds to attend a school overseas. Because of this to I've been a little low. Sigh.

Oh, I learnt a new word yesterday. Which is the title of the post. Marvelous ain't it? haha.

I just got the full season of the new Jamie show, Jamie at Home! It's absolutely fantabulous! Makes me want to have a little patch of earth to plant things. I've always wanted a herb garden on a window sill, filled with basil, bay leaves, parsley, mint leaves and the list goes on of herbs. Delish! (that's what Jamie kept saying on the first episode with potatoes) I'd really like a garden. Maybe when I get to New Zealand during summer, I can ask my aunt to teach me how to garden. She has this marvelous back yard with cherry tomatoes that she brought back the last time, purple cabbages the size of human heads or larger! (which I don't think she plants anymore because no one eats it), carrots and I really can't remember anymore. Hee.

I want to grow tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, lettuce, strawberries, raspberries, and a wholeeee load of herbs. Can you imagine? : )

Watched Hairspray yesterday evening. Ever since I heard ''You Can't Stop the Beat" at one awards show, I've been dreaming of watching the musical. However, you can only do that in New York as they only play on Broadway. It's absolutely fantastic! It's like finally I'm watching it after the longest time. I knew all the songs by hard because I love it so much, and I really wanted to sing-a-long, but I don't think the people next to me would take it so kindly. Prolly ask me to shush it or something even ruder. haha. I was smiling through the whole show. Hopefully the DVD comes out soon!

On a duller note, I almost lost my phone at Tangs. Thank God when I ran back to look for it, it was still there. I've never lost my phone, and I don't plan to start now...

Too too deep in thought. Very bad for one's health you know as it's always pointed out to me. I must try not to do it.

I went to chop off my locks on Saturday. I actually don't enjoy cutting my hair because usually I end up with an awful look. But thennn, for the first time, I felt that what I came out of the salon with is nice.

Believe it or not, I went to Malaysia on Saturday to this quaint little salon about ten minutes walk from the Johor customs. Housed in a small shophouse, the place incorporated a second hand clothing store for guys with a salon in front. (I'll upload the pictures when I get home..) Doesn't look like a typical salon really, but it was nice. And the stylist was nice too! She really looks at your facial shape and lets you know how she's going to do it. It's not like she'll cut your hair and leave the tidying up to her assistant, she really does everything by herself. Well, except shampooing. I tell you, I doubt I'll be ever cutting in Singapore again! Oh, and she taught me how to style my hair since it's quite short now. And it's the only thing I don't like, having to wax and spray my hair every morning. : ) Generally, people get shocked when they see me now. Like, eh?what happened to you?!

Ok, actually, this is quite redundant. A post about my haircut. *shakes head*

It's been a long time since I wrote anything. I miss writing and all, but with the kind of scheduling I have due to my job, it's technically impossible to do anything!

But I'm getting out of that hell hole, though I'll miss quite a lot of people. Divya, Ninan, Erwin, Farhana, Keith and the batch of 08.05.07 training people. Got to remember to take photos with them before I leave on Friday, and I haven't gone to work for the past few days because of my knee. And I'm sort of bored at home, but at the same time, answering calls are not exactly fun with all the people calling in who talk rudely, expect to be treated like king or queens and all the nonsense. My dad says to leave my job, why bother to work when the pay's not exactly good, you get scolded by people for no reason at all and when as a temporary staff, you get treated like shit. Sorry Jolene, but your buzz sessions to hear feedback from your staff is USELESS, because you don't bother to hear any grievances, you just shoot back. I obviously would not like to be part of a company that treats temporary staff like that. Think about it, since almost half of your staff is temporary people. Treat them like that, and I can guarantee no one would want to stay.

Just 3 more days! And good riddance!

Oh my latest craze is watching Prince of Tennis and Hanazakarino Kimitachie. It's madness, but nice to watch. Tezuka! Ryoma Echizen! Sano Izumi! Ashiya Mizuka!
