Welcome

You take me as I am
Into your new scarred hands
and when I run so far away
you always call me back again
into your open arms
not matter what ive done
amazing grace has found me here
because of what you've done, for me

Tomorrow, or rather today, is baking gingerbread day. Followed by truffles night.

Yay! 2 nights without sleep, just to get things done. I miss my Kenwood Chef Classic stand mixer.

Spongebob.

Last minute gathering for the usual gang last night. 6 of us in the CRV again. Telling Song to sit in the boot because the car is a 5 seater. And he going, "har?!" again. heh heh. I can't remember what we were talking about, I think it was adaptibility or something and then John remarked that Song was like Spongebob. Because he's flexible and his face also resembles Spongebob. The girls burst out laughing and we couldn't stop till we laughed ourselves hoarse. It was like -_-

What Song did to his spinach after his dinner. Sheesh. The gang.

My Secret Garden's ambience was nice, though the food wasn't that fantastic. Eragon was nice too. Christmas gathering's next week. haha. Looking forward to it. Though I don't know what to get for gift exchange.

Congrats to John and YiHong. John, you better propose to her properly hor... haha.. Cheers..

Sim-ing.
Friday, December 15, 2006

I've been sims-ing the past few days. Maybe too much already. Downloading all sorts of nonsense just so my interiors would look nice, rather than use all their furniture. Why use the given when you can get nicer stuff online by modifiers?

Anyway, Christmas is coming soon, and I need to stop my procrastination before it gets the better of me and my friends. Meaning, unless I start soon, many people won't end up with presents. haha. I need to shop for a lot of things; flour, sugar, food colouring paste, cellophane wrap, thick red ribbons, and the list continues on and on. I may make truffles if time and money allows. haha.

Oh, you know how some people write Christmas as X'mas? I can't stand it when I see that. You know why? Because by putting that X there, you're crossing Christ out of Christmas. And Christmas was ALL about Christ. Not about Santas and reindeers, and all that rubbish. Think about what Christmas really is.

I miss my best friends so much.

And Now It's Silly Songs with Larry, the Part of the Show where Larry Comes Out and Sings, A Silly Song.
Monday, December 04, 2006

Infinite wisdom by the likes of vegetables. Namely a cucumber known as Larry who sings these songs, along with his buddy, Bob the Tomato.

I Can Be Your Friend - Veggie Tales.

Have you ever seen a boy with funny clothes?
A girl with braces on her teeth or freckles on her nose?
Some kids call them odd balls, some kids call them weird
Is it my imagination or does aunt ruth have a beard?
God makes lots of people in all colors, shapes and sizes
He loves them very much and what we need to realize is:
That calling people names because they're different is wrong
Instead we need to look on them in love and sing this song

[chorus]
I can be your friend
I can be your friend
Any day in any weather
We can be friends and play together

Ya were all pretty different some are skinny some are stout
But the inside is the part were supposed to care about
Aye! thats why we have feelings that are very much the same
So instead of saying weirdo i think friends a better name

[chours]
I can be your friend (la la la)
I can be your friend (la la la)
If your hair is red or yellow
We can have lunch i'll share my jello

I can be your friend (la la la)
I can be your friend (la la la)
It's okay if we are different,
we can still play and i can be your friend!

Boring. and some Randomness.
Sunday, December 03, 2006

Ended bowling earlier than usual, slightly before 1am. I know that's not exactly early but you get what I mean.

Daddy rocks. I finally got a new phone after 4 years or so. W850i and it only cost *drum roll please* $99! heh. Mum asked me whether or not I want an iPod, but truthfully speaking, I don't really want it. I want an oven and a chocolate tempering machine. Or some new baking, pastry or professional chocolate books. Or a set of circular, star-shaped and heart-shaped metal cookie cutters. Or some 64% - 70% Barry Callebaut Dark (obviously, look at the cocoa percentages) Chocolate with some cartons of double cream to make dark chocolate truffles. Maybe some irish cream filled ones too. *shrugs*

I'm boring. I only like to bowl and bake. I only KNOW how to bowl and bake.

I don't know how to describe the way I feel now. I'm tired, I want to sleep but I can't fall asleep. Funny. A tad worried too, because I really want to go to Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney to get a Diploma in Patisserie. And I want to do it properly, meaning from basics to professional terms and all the works. The total cost (not including transportation, lodging, spending money and misc.) will be AUD$25,000. *Said singlish-ly* Liddat how to go? Burn already la!

iwishyouwouldconfideinme. thank you and good night folks.
