I was so close of getting a new phone, as I haven't had a new one in 4 years. Armed with a $100 discount (since I haven't upgraded my handset for ages) and a $60 trade in unit, the N80 would have cost *drum roll please* $578. However, Dad still thinks the price is too high, and there isn't any other phone I want at the moment so I'm not getting anything after all. Sigh. The $100 discount I get last until tomorrow only. Hopefully Dad changes his mind, because he can't upgrade his handset at all for the time being.
